Privacy Notice

As a part of our organizational work, Kayd gathers and processes personal data about people with whom we work (including artists, funders, venues, partnering organisations and personnel) as well as event attendees. We gather this data so that we can smoothly run events, process event sales and tickets, keep you informed about Kayd programming, and for monitoring and evaluation purposes. We only keep records of the data you provide us with or data that is already publicly available, and we will not share this data with third parties without your consent. All personal data that we gather is processed and stored in a manner compliant with the GDPR UK.

Photography and Video Notice

Photographs and videos may be taken at our events for use in organisational, promotional and communication purposes, including Q&A sessions. Photographs and videos may be shared on our website and via Kayd’s social media channels. Notifications will be put up in and around events to inform you when video recording or photography is taking place. We will never share photographs of video of children without gaining explicit consent from an authorised guardian. 

You have the right to object or restrict your image being taken or used. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact a member of staff at the event, or email us at info@kayd.org.
